Our Scripture reading comes from Luke 17:11-19 and 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Thanks giving is a theme that appears all through the Scriptures; followers of Jesus are called to be thankful. And that is hard today because we live in an age of entitlement where everybody feels they deserve everything. Yet gratitude is the foundation for a truly happy and content life. “The Importance of Gratitude” is part of our “A Grateful Heart” series.
