Episode 1 is about using the tools and knowledge we gained in season 1 about ourselves and seeing how they reflect in our lives and in our relationships. In this episode we will be understanding our feelings and healing negative thoughts and feelings, learn to relax when we are experiencing negative emotions or are in an uncomfortable situation, learning to relate and express vulnerability and learn to accept our negative feelings. These things are important to building successful relationships, but they start with self-first.
