Before we establish what we want to do, we must understand who we are. In this Episode I continue to ask the question: "Who Are You?" It's imperative we understand who we are and what is important to us before we dig deeper into understanding how we "get" motivated. You must understand who you are. I want us to make sure we're not answering the question as to what or how people look at us, but the answer should be who you are when no one is present. If you're not happy with that, only you can change it! Are you ready to dig deep and reflect on these questions? If you're ready, let's jump into the podcast.
Sincerely,
Alfonso Rojas
