Shifts are constantly taking place that can make you feel unable to get adjusted to your newest level of growth.

The more you mature the quicker that changes occur.

While, you might be grateful on one hand you can also feel like you want to retreat.

However, the problem with this is that you're forgetting that the larger the ask, the larger the task. 

Instead focus on these key things:

-Allow yourself to work through your feelings in order to step into your new identity.

-Ask yourself what your current stage of life is preparing you for in the larger scheme of what you asked for

-Remind yourself what it will mean once you conquer this current stage that you're in.
