They hold a wealth of information, wisdom, and insight just waiting for us to access, and apply, to help us further our healing journey. Our past is not simply something we must come to terms with, accept, or leave behind.

Yes, we want to overcome the power of the past over us in our current lives, but there is so much more the past has to offer us! Listen in, and I'll share this truth with you.
