Nikolai is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Rhode Island and the founder of OMpowerment Psychotherapy, a space for PRACTICAL mindfulness-based psychotherapy. She specializes in helping ambitious, productivity-focused people who struggle with slowing down (even though they know that they should). To do this, she combines her training in mental health counseling, yoga, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and interpersonal communications.
