The Importance of Routines and How to Create Them

Many people, especially children, thrive on routines! Routines bring comfort because there's a sense of knowing what's ahead instead of a lingering fear of the unknown future. Today I'm sharing the many benefits of having routines in place and how to create and start implementing them! I'll share an example of a bedtime routine and how to adapt that for nap time as well.
