Self-care is often seen as a luxury, something that we can’t make time for in our hectic lives. But the truth is, self-care is essential for our mental and physical well-being. When we don’t take care of ourselves, we’re more likely to get sick, feel stressed, and burn out.Making time for self-care can seem impossible, but it’s important to find ways to fit it into your schedule. Here are a few tips:1. Set aside some time each day for yourself. Even just 10-15 minutes can make a big difference.2. Make a list of activities that make you feel good and try to do one or two of them every day.3. delegate or outsource tasks that you can’t or don’t want to do.4.
