I have important things to say.  You have important things to say.  We all do.  Our individual voices matter.  And yet we keep quiet for fear of judgment, rejection, abandonment of connection.

The problem with the fear is that we can't control what other people think or feel...someone is going to judge you.  Period.  End of story.  It's going to happen.  Can you say it anyway?

Why?  Because someone out there thinks and feels the same way and that person matters.  That is where you will find the connection you are seeking.  That person wants to hear more of what you have to say.

It's how you find your people.  So speak up, my friend.  Be you.  And watch your magical creation of connection.
