Hi my PhotographyVerse friends!
As entrepreneurs, what we do does not feel like work cause it's what we love to do!!
BUT, and yes, there's a but!!
In this week's episode, we talk about the importance of taking a break in order to recharge. Taking a break does not mean closing-up shop for two months, but simply ensuring that you take time for yourself.
Taking a break can mean many things... putting your phone down 1h before bed, accepting that it's okay to answer an e-mail the next day, setting time aside to paint, taking half a day off to go for a hike and connect with your surroundings.
Overtime, these little activities will make a BIG difference. Ask yourself, at the current rate that you're going. How long can you keep it up? 1 week, 2 months, 6 months, a year, 3 years, 5 years? This is extremely important. If you cannot keep going at this pace longterm, definitely take the time to re-evaluate what you're doing. You do not want to burn out.
