Hey BWC Fam!
I wanted to give a friendly reminder to us ALL to SLOW DOWN from our BUSY & HECTIC LIVES.
Sometimes it feels like time is ticking by so fast and can get the best of us! It can be intimidating, alarming, and scary.
We are already 6 months into 2024! Can you believe it?
Examining how this year has gone so far:
- How has each day felt like for you?
- Have you had a chance to pause and breathe?
- Or, have you ran yourself dry? And if so, how does this make you feel?
- How can we create more time for ourselves to ensure we take better care of our personal wellbeing and health?
- How can we begin honoring ourselves and believing that we are more than worthy of a fulfilling existence far greater than we could ever imagine?
Because at the end of the day, the more we pour into ourselves, the more we are able to pour back into the world around us and into others.
But, this possibility can only happen once we embrace our inner most desires to pursue our unique callings and our divine-given gifts. It ALL starts with US!
