This week, we had a quick-ish talk about where we are mentally. Not necessarily feeling unstable, but more like feeling a little abnormal. From dealing with this pandemic to family dealing with Hurricane Ida, it's getting difficult to know if who we currently are is a result of dealing with trauma or is our authentic selves.
