The Importance of Whole Systems Medicine for Fundamental Healing

Listen Later

Dr. Kamyar M Hedayat is the co-founder and Vice President of Numa Health International, which utilizes the power behind Endobiogeny in a way that can be available to the world. He also serves as the chief scientific and innovation officer for Numa Health International. After working in the pediatric intensive care unit at Stanford University, he began to look more toward holistic medicine by furthering understanding the body through the endocrine system. Dr. Hedayat adopted the practice of Endobiogeny by utilizing the mathematics of bloodwork to create personalized healing.

In this episode, Dr. Hedayat shares how his Iranian background became a source of inspiration for natural healing approaches, such as plant and food medicine. He also describes his passion for bridging the gap between hard science and a humanistic psychological approach. By creating a foundation of health through understanding consciousness and balancing our inner child, he has been able to create lasting improvement in people’s lives. Dr. Kamyar touches on the importance of plant medicine, and how it is an integral part of his therapeutic toolbox as an endobiogenist. He also shares some everyday practices, and basic tools for listeners on ways to bring more health and healing into their everyday lives.
