The Imposter Syndrome

Listen Later

Ever feel like you are not "qualified" to be in your current role? If so, you may have been experiencing imposter syndrome.

In this episode, Judith and Erin discuss some signs and symptoms of this phenomenon alongside their own experiences. The episode asks if  the structure of higher education exacerbates such feelings and what can be done to alleviate them. The hosts all think about how this may impact parents as well.
