Hanan Challouki talks to Delia Mensitieri, D&I researcher. She obtained her Master degree in Clinical Psychology at the university of Ghent and her Master in International Management and Strategy at Vlerick Business School. She is currently pursuing her PhD on diversity and inclusion at the workplace. Besides her interests in academia, she is also a corporate trainer and consultant on this subject and has worked with several international clients. Delia is especially passionate about bridging the gap between science and practice and bringing the best of both worlds together in an impactful manner.
