The Indigo Seal and the Silent Conservatory

Apprentices Elodie and Barnaby are tasked with polishing the ceremonial Glass Ornaments of Remembrance in the Grand Conservatory but find them cold and dull due to the Resonance Drain, indicated by the presence of fine grey powder instead of the necessary Fine Silvering Dust. The scaffolding supporting them also shows signs of structural softening, linking their task to the larger structural failures elsewhere in Silver Creek. Barnaby references the Grotto Seal stones as a known counter-agent, but they are too heavy for the glass. Elodie makes a decisive move, accessing a historically sealed container marked for lore only. Inside, she discovers a small vial of thick, indigo-glowing gel, identified as an ancient Resonance Glaze, which immediately pushes back the ambient cold. They realize they have found a potent, but critically small, amount of material needed to stabilize the glasswork.
