Hip Hop artist and Educator Wordsworth has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Starring in Hip Hop Sketch show "The Lyricist Lounge" on MTV alongside household names such as Mos Def and Tracee Ellis-Ross. He has done songs for video games, televison and animation including the popular Peabody and Sherman series and 50 Cent backed POWER.

This Special edition quarantine episode we had the pleasure of interviewing celebrity photographer/videographer Tina Reeves and Renaissance Businessman Jacky Wright. We discuss a plethora of topics including surviving Covid-19 as a freelancer and getting rid of relationships that no longer serve you.

We are living in unforeseen circumstances. I wanted to do a special short season with my peers about how they are keeping their business afloat and spending their down time. On episode 1 we had the pleasure of speaking with Kristen Fraser the founder of PVTL a highly innovative Marketing/Management/Branding company and Steph Young the Owner of Kingdom Young  a Creative and Social Media Content Agency. They give us some insight on maintaining a business and staying prepared in a crisis and how to navigate various scenarios in business networking.

Season 2 officially starts this fall but I felt compelled to address a situation that went viral this morning that included me. Last night I had an exchange on twitter with NFL player and activist Eric Reid about what I perceive to be hypocrisy in the stance he is taking. I woke up to hundreds of mentions on twitter and DM's on Instagram talking about us being on Baller Alert and MSN News amongst other sites. I felt it was important to use my platform to clarify my concerns on a movement that I have always supported and deem important to our people.

This episode we were blessed with the opportunity to sit down with filmmaker Abdul Malik Abbott who has directed some of the most legendary pieces in Hip-Hop history. He was very instrumental in creating the “Big Willie” persona in the early days of Roc-a-fella Records and Jay-Z’s career. He directed such classics as “I can’t Get With That” which happens to be Jay-Z’s first solo video. “In My Lifetime” the original and remix ,“Dead President’s”, “Ain’t No”, “Streets Is Watching” the unique visual soundtrack and “State Property” the notable feature film just to name a few.

· His start in film which led to being on the crew of Spike Lee’s “Do The Right Thing” and “Mo Better Blues”
