Julia Powers' presence is one you know well if you are involved in the Seattle cheese scene at all. She's been a cheesemonger, distributor, and volunteer throughout the PNW and beyond. Her new appointment on the American Cheese Society's Board of Directors is yet another avenue for Julia to share her talents with the cheese community.
