I have been missing my therapist for so long now that I am finally ready to return in general so I can get back to talking about the things that frustrate me before I boil over. I advocate for everyone to at least try therapy for a few sessions so you can get a feel for it, you may not burst into tears the first time or at all, everyone is different. I think by the third session or so you start to feel more comfortable with the concept and your therapist specifically so keep an open mind!
