It's crucial we become aware of how our brains take shortcuts and the problems it causes, clouding our discernment and decision-making processes. We learn how to get down our Ladders so we can see and discern more clearly.

The Shadow comes from Carl Jung's great contributions to human consciousness. We all have areas of our psyche we don't see and integrate.
