    Vriti Panwar, CIM is a Lead Advisor @ Wealthsimple Wealth Management.

    Vriti's story starts on a tennis court in India. She trained to become a professional player and dreamed of being the first Indian woman to win a singles Grand Slam. Today she is a Lead Advisor at Wealthsimple, helping individuals and families make better-coordinated decisions about their wealth.

    In this episode, Vriti talks about what years of competitive tennis taught her about courage, failure and showing up when the outcome is uncertain. She shares how her younger sister showed her that you can influence people while you’re still becoming who you hope to be. She explains why she believes credibility often comes before authority, how her women and wealth work taught her that influence without authority comes down to alignment, and why judgement becomes more valuable as AI makes information easier to get.

    We close with The Final Arc, where Vriti reflects on her parents’ quiet sacrifices, what she learned when clients first trusted her with their money, and the influence she hopes will outlast her career.
