Working at the intersection of climate, community, and systems change, Ann brings over a decade of experience across community engagement, government collaboration, education and change management.

Her work focuses on building trust, translating complex climate issues into practical pathways, and ensuring multicultural communities are recognised as essential partners in shaping climate solutions.
