Shea Boland is a Men's Transformational Coach, on a mission to help men get back to who they are. In general, it is easier and more widely accepted for women to talk about their feelings, than it is for men.  Shea, who is a recovering addict, and someone who has been on a spiritual journey himself that last decade, has made it his life's work to help end this generalization.  We go deep in this episode, and we talk about the things.  Healing, wellness, mindset, spirituality, getting quiet with yourself. The journey to hell and back was long, and took a lot of work, but as Shea stands tall on the other side, he wants to give back to the world and help as many as possible.
