What happens when you stop chasing the life you want, and start becoming available for it?
After months of feeling stuck, I made the decision to close one chapter of my business, commit fully to a new direction and let go of trying to control how it all unfolded.
Then everything started moving.
In this episode, I’m breaking down the four shifts I believe changed everything:
I’m also sharing where Inner Compass is heading next as I close this season with a bang, and begin a completely new chapter.
Closing this chapter with one of my biggest lessons: Maybe the secret to quantum leaping is to stop trying to quantum leap.
You can be doing everything "right" in your mission and still feel completely deflated.
In this episode, I share the moment my business coach asked me one question about my why, and I couldn't answer it with any real energy.
That's when I realized I'd been building my mission around the collective why (the bigger cause) and completely dropped the inner why (how I actually want to feel).
I break down the three layers of why every high-achieving woman needs —collective, external, and inner — and why skipping the inner layer is what makes a mission, a career pivot, or any big move start to feel forced instead of alive.
If you're in the in-between, moving toward a pivot, or building something that matters to you, this episode will show you how to check your why before you build further, so you don't end up successful on paper and disconnected from your own energy.

You're a high-achieving woman who's exploring your soul purpose. You're doing the inner work.
But it's still not telling you how to actually change your current reality, and more specifically your career.
That gap isn't a failure, it's a missing bridge.
Soul purpose is expansive by nature. Career transition is tangible. And without something connecting the two, ambitious women stay stuck in the in-between: spiritually lit up but practically no clearer on what the career pivot is supposed to look like.
In this episode, I break down why soul purpose exploration and career change so often live in two completely separate worlds, and how to finally weave them together.
I walk through the four pillars I use inside the Inner Compass Collective to help you move from identity crisis and awakening into a career pivot that feels genuinely aligned.
One built from your inner compass and inner authority, not just your resume.

Hannah O'Donovan spent 15 years in event production. Her bank account was loaded, but her physical, mental, emotional and relational health were collateral damage.
That was her definition of success. Until her body made sure it couldn't be anymore.
In this episode I sit down with Hannah, somatic channel and nervous system specialist, to get honest about what drives high-achieving women past every limit; the addictive quality of validation, the nervous system patterns keeping us trapped, and why our bodies know we're misaligned before our minds do.
We get into what happened after too. How she rebuilt from a full nervous system collapse into a life more spacious, more present, and more abundant.
This is for the woman at a career crossroads who knows the life she built no longer fits and is ready to find her inner authority and redefine success on her own terms.

A lot of people are in the void right now; that space where the old isn't fitting and the new hasn't arrived yet.
If you're a high achieving woman feeling lost after leaving corporate, stuck at a career crossroads, or searching for purpose and a more soul-led way of living, this episode is for you.
In this episode I share my real story of being in the void, twice, and why forcing your way out of it is exactly what keeps you stuck.

Have you heard the term career grief?
It's the disorientation, the loss, the quiet identity crisis that comes when a career path falls away, whether you chose to leave or were pushed out.
And for high-achieving women, it hits differently. Because the same drive that built the career is the exact thing that makes losing it feel like losing yourself.
In this episode I'm unpacking what's really underneath career grief, why it's unavoidable on the path to a more meaningful and aligned career, and why this period — as heavy as it feels — is actually the most important passage on the journey back to yourself and your true north.
In this episode:
This is the work we go deep on inside the Inner Compass Collective, and it's the foundation everything else is built on.
If you're navigating a career change or crossroads right now and this is landing, you're in the right place.

What happens when you stop overthinking your path… and just follow what you enjoy?
In this episode, I speak with Renee, a musician by night and occupational therapist by day, who never believed music could be a career, or that she was “good enough” to pursue it seriously.
But instead of trying to figure it all out, she followed her joy.
And what unfolded surprised her.
From recording a song “just for fun”… to radio play, live performances, and now creating an album, all while still working as an occupational therapist, a career she also enjoys.
We explore:
This is for anyone navigating a career change, craving more creativity, or sitting on something they love but haven’t fully let themselves pursue.
Because the path isn’t something you figure out, it’s something that reveals itself when you start following your joy.

Everyone is calling it a career crisis.
Burnout. Disillusionment. Questioning everything you’ve built.
But I don’t agree.
In this episode, I break down why the so-called “millennial career crisis” is being completely misdiagnosed.
And why framing it as a crisis is exactly what keeps people stuck, forcing fear-led decisions and recreating the same patterns.
Because this isn’t a crisis. It’s an awakening into identity shifts, self-discovery, purpose, and personal transformation.
The systems aren’t working. And you’re not broken for feeling it.
If you’re feeling disconnected from your career and unsure what’s next, this will challenge how you’re seeing it, and why that matters.
For years, I thought I was searching for my purpose.
I tried to logic my way into it. I followed what made sense. I chose what looked credible.
And I missed what was already written in front of me.
The clues were there long before I was ready to see them.
In this episode, I share the moment I realised I had already named my direction years earlier, and how conditioning, identity, and fear filtered what I believed was possible.
Inside this episode:
💡 Why you can’t see beyond the identity you’re operating from
💡 The reason your True North often feels “unrealistic” at first
💡 How to start collecting the clues already present in your life
💡 The difference between logical choices and aligned ones
💡 Why self-leadership requires expanding what you believe is possible
If you feel lost, directionless, or stuck between worlds, this one will land.

When I left corporate, I moved fast. I built quickly. I tried to create my next chapter before I had fully embodied the shift.
But what looked like confidence was urgency. And urgency is just fear dressed as ambition.
In this episode, I share the biggest mistake I made at the beginning of my journey: trying to build an aligned path before I had become the woman who could hold it.
And why it couldn’t work.
Inside this episode:
💡 Why urgency feels productive but recreates old patterns💡 The difference between embodiment and action💡 What happens when you build from fear instead of self-leadership💡 Why your “aligned” next chapter won’t hold if your identity hasn’t shifted💡 The lesson that changed how I move forever
If you’re trying to create a new chapter but it feels forced, unstable, or exhausting, this one is for you.
