We're back with another Inside Scoop!  This time around, we wanted to learn everything that there is to learn about Craft Beer.  We were fortunate enough to speak with Jake Saunders, the Brewmaster for Nine Locks Brewing Company in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia!

We pick Jake's brain about pretty much everything we could think of, including the differentiations in craft beers, what caused the "boom" in the craft beer scene, the way the ingredients are combined to make specific styles, and of course, which one of our "Beersiness Ventures" he would invest in (Hint:  It's not Nick's).
