In the Holiday Special of The Inside Track, Santa Clause (Ben Kudla) comes down from the North Pole to try and save Christmas in a betting challenge with the Grinch (Ellis Starr)!

Santa and the Grinch each get $20 a race with any bet allowed except for multi-race wagers and whoever wins the most money is the winner. If Santa wins, he saves Christmas but if the Grinch wins, Christmas is cancelled.

Santa and the Grinch face off in the Untapable Stakes at Fair Grounds, the G2 Ft. Lauderdale Stakes and G3 Suwannee River Stakes at Gulfstream Park.
