In this training session we discuss the insurance adjuster, the property owner, the roofer and the insurance restoration contractor. The roofing claim process starts with the property owner. The roofing contractor needs to first educate the customer on how the roofing process works, the Xactimate estimate process, the insurance supplementing process and more. When meeting the insurance adjuster at the damaged property, the strategy is equally as important.
