Some background here - the whole concept of this Podcast series is that I have an hour to do everything, so as a result of that and this being my first episode, the quality is atrocious. Also, this whole podcast was recorded while I was biking (which I think would be another great podcast idea - if you see this feel free to take the idea and run with it (or should I say bike with it haha), but I'd love it if I was given some credit :P). The "percentage" I was thinking of at the end was actually a fact I read on heathline about a study where they gave people the common cold and saw how differing amounts of sleep affected susceptibility and people who slept more had a better chance of staying healthy (I just though it was crazy they give people the common cold intentionally). Also sidenote: I did go a little over the hour for this podcast - after I had uploaded the audio the timer rang and it hadn't finished uploading so after the hour I finished uploading and also uploaded my photo for the cover art and words.
