35 years ago, Rozelle Sutherland MBE founded Jersey Women's Refuge with the aim to protect and empower women and children affected by domestic abuse and eliminate domestic violence through education and awareness.
It remains the Island's only totally independent provider of support to those facing domestic abuse and offers its only safe house.
Lisa Leventhal, JWR's newly-appointed CEO, joins Kelly Frost and Rozelle, to discuss founding the charity and continuing Rozelle's legacy.
