Jackyl is a metal band formed in 1987. The band is best known for its song "The Lumberjack", which features a chainsaw solo by lead singer Jesse James Dupree. (And, yes, Jesse has a guitar tech AND a chainsaw tech waiting backstage.)

Jackyl are back with a new record, they are not focusing on using the chainsaw in the new material, however they are still all about straight-up old-school party rock. Listen to my chat with Jesse as I unearth a dark secret from his past!
