Back in 2006, Uffie was one of the most controversial figures in indie music. She couldn’t quite sing, she couldn’t quite rap, yet Uffie was being played in all the hottest clubs. She was backed by Ed Banger Records and hung out with some of the most cutting edge guys in the French electro scene: Justice, Mr. Oizo, SebastiAn and Feadz, to name a few.
