In this episode, I briefly introduce myself and how I was introduced to meditation, I give an overview of what meditation is, what happens during meditation, some of the wonderful benefits of meditation, and I guide you through a short mantra-based meditation using the mantra “SO HUM”, the universal mantra that reflects the sound or vibration of the breath.
