Dealing with a narcissist is difficult and although it is hard to know if someone we are dealing with is a narcissist, we have to make sure we stop allowing others to label us as the ones with the problem. As we introverts (INFJs) speak up we can be portrayed as the gossipers or the person being dramatic. In this podcast, I tell my story of how letting go of some family members have allowed me to heal even if it means doing it alone.
