We’re also getting into what happens when those dynamics become unbalanced, like when one person feels like they have to control everything or the other feels like they can’t fully relax and trust their partner.

And because relationships are never one-size-fits-all, we’re talking about how masculine and feminine energy isn’t about men vs. women or putting people into boxes. It’s about understanding the different energies we all carry and how they can interact with each other.
