Carrick has worked at a top commercial real estate brokerage firm since 2017, specializing in Office and R&D leasing and sales. During his time at the firm, he was involved in over 3 Million Square Feet of leasing and over $187M of transaction volume in just 2022. He started investing in rentals in 2017 and has since built a portfolio of 38 units in multiple states including Florida, Ohio, and Georgia. His portfolio includes SFRs, small multifamily and an office building.
