Councial is from the Southside of Chicago. A current Greensboro resident, Councial picked up construction in 9th grade drafting class. Once he took a construction management class, he knew he wanted to be in the field. Starting with rehabs for customers Councial soon did new construction homes and began to do work for investors. He learned how to "wholesale" and quickly did well with it. Having the knowledge he began to source his own flips and started to learn land development and entitlement. Councial currently has 6 land development projection in the works along with several flips.
