Matt is originally from "1 red light, small town USA" Adamsville, TN. Grew up on a farm, played basketball, Loves fast cars. He married way up when he convinced Laura to be his wife. Proud father of 2 daughters, Reese (11) and Garner (9). Today he lives in Memphis, TN. His 1st business venture after basketball was in the fitness industry where he has owned Maximum Health & Fitness since 2004. He then jumped into the Real Estate Investing world in 2016 and this is where he found his passion in Rentals and Rehabs. His most recent unexpected opportunity came when a restaurant owner was looking for an exit and he was able to buy this business with a combination of traditional and seller financing. Next up is a self storage facility conveniently located right behind his fitness center.
