Today from 1pm, episode 6 of @White Noise will be live across all podcast platforms.
For today’s conversation I sit down with the very well known, very famous Irish butcher that is Shay Stanley.
Shay chats about growing up in Dublin, the sudden loss of his Father back in September 1984 & the huge impact that had on them as a family.
He talks to me about taking over the family business, the recession in Dublin in the late 1980’s & how he wanted to create the original Irish butcher here in Australia.
Coming away from this conversation I was filled with positive vibes, he’s not only a very hardworking, successful business man, he’s one of the most kindest, salt of the earth people I’ve ever came across out here in Sydney.
Shay, I’m sure you’re Mummy & Daddy are proud as punch of you from up there, as you are keeping the original Irish butcher dream ALIVE & KICKING!!!
Thank you again so much for taking time out of you’re busy schedule to talk to me.
You’re one in a million man,
God bless x
