Dr. Jeffrey Burl, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at Michigan Technological University, dared to speak up against the university's senate resolution embracing Critical Race Theory. Students demanded that he be fired from his position simply for sharing a different perspective.  He shares his love for teaching, and how civil discourse can be the way toward bridging the divide in our country.
