*Drink of the Week* 

Svarak (Czech mulled wine)

1 bottle of red wine
3 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves
3 cardamom pods
2 star anise 
¼ tsp nutmeg 
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lemon
1 orange

Combine bottle of wine, zest from half of the lemon and half of the orange, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, star anise, and nutmeg in pot over low heat. Heat for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.

Add brown sugar and sliced lemon and orange. Heat for additional 5 mins.

Poor in mug and enjoy!
