After a long break, we are back, discussing the importance of being. Being in a space where you don’t have a worry or care; a place where you can just enjoy what and who’s around you. We briefly discussed how our environment adds to depression, anxiety, and paranoia. I’ve gained a new understanding of isolation. It’s not always about isolating to come up with a battle plan, it's finding peace and meaning in isolation and enjoying yourself. Listen we gotta go through something to get somewhere, glad you all are taking time to do it with me.
