Alessandro and Mia hook up after a night of "passion"...as in, he coerced her to be his date at a charity function and embarrassed her in front of colleagues, then they hooked up in his office when she needed help unzipping her dress. He only thrust in her three times and she immediately got pregnant. Also, Alessandro keeps describing himself as a logical person who "doesn't do emotions," yet continues to get infuriated whenever Mia acts like a professional, agrees with him, and doesn't react emotionally to his abusive behavior.
