This is such a fun one since it relates to my hair background. You know what it's like to feel change brewing within you and you want a new haircut or a new color. That kind of change comes with attention, sometimes overthinking and the question of "Can I keep up with this?" "Do you want to keep up with it. Change is one of my very favorite topics.

Mostly because it can be scary to face the unknown but also liberating.
