This reflection is about J-on-J impact (as related to judging cognitive functions). I talk about sharing an office with an ESFJ and an ENFJ as well as my weekly dinners with an ISFJ friend. In all, I theorize a phenomenon I'm calling the J-rising (which deals with interpersonal contests).
