Episode Nine reviews the lawsuit brought by the United States of America and Deb Conrad against Rochester Regional Health for under reporting Covid vaccine related side effects to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) yet billing the federal government all while breaching their Vaccine Provider Agreement. This is a current lawsuit that a federal judge just ruled against the defendant's motion to dismiss. 

Episode 8 examines the tragic wrongful death and medical battery lawsuit (currently in trial as of 6/8/2025) against Ascension St. Elizabeth hospital. It concerns the 2021 death of Grace Schara, a 19 year old female with Down Syndrome. The hospital says Covid 19 caused her death and her parents allege that Precedex, Ativan (lorazepam), and morphine were administered together and hastened severe hypoxia and death. Her family watched her die via FaceTime while healthcare providers stood in the hallway refusing to enter the room. They said there was a Do Not Resuscitate order in her file however the family, as Power of Attorney, says they never placed a DNR for Grace, only a Do Not Intubate (DNI).

Pfizer was deceptive, according to the State of Texas, and Kansas, and Utah, and Louisiana, and Mississippi, and others. Many of the terminated employees applied for unemployment benefits, including Bob. He was initially awarded the benefits but Houston Methodist appealed. In 2009, Pfizer agreed to hand over $2.3 billion to settle a U.S. Department of Justice probe into its marketing of Bextra and Celebrex, mainly. Those were criminal fines for breaking the law. The litigation dates back to 2004 when a number of separate shareholder suits were filed claiming that Pfizer’s share price took a dive after it was learned that Pfizer had allegedly hidden information about the cardiovascular risks of the two drugs and off label promotion. In the first episode of The Jab or Your Job, AI takes a dive into a Texas State Committee Hearing where hundred of individuals showed up to give their testimony against mandating the experimental covid 19 shots. This hearing occurred just days after The Houston Methodist Hospital system fired Bob Nevens, Jr. for exercising his right to refuse an experimental medical procedure. Bob's testimony went viral when it was posted on TikTok. It quickly racked up millions of views and nearly a quarter million likes. As the hospital's subtle yet potentially coercive tactics came to light, a landslide of support shortly followed.

The "Jab or Your Job Podcast" explores the legal battle involving over one hundred Houston Methodist Hospital System employees. These healthcare workers were fired for declining the first COVID-19 investigational vaccine employer mandate in the country. The podcast series will follow their journey to address what they perceived as an injustice through two lawsuits. It plans to examine various elements, including Pfizer's past actions, ethical guidelines like the Belmont Report, government agreements, constitutional aspects, and extensive data.
