On today’s episode we have our first interview featuring my good friend from Sun Valley, Idaho, Owen Gifford. Owen is a recently retired division three football player who is an all around great athlete and human. We start the episode by diving into Owen’s career and talking about how he overcame adversity through injuries, recruiting, and covid ( 30:47).
