A fair price is not as simple as, "You get what you pay for."

What is a fair IT support service price? The simple answer is that, “You get what you pay for.”  Most of us probably had a grandpa that told us that helpful little nugget at some point in our adolescence.  Logically, it makes perfect sense, but at the same time, no one wants to pay more for something than is necessary.

This is true for IT support service price but because of the variability of the options and differences in the quality delivered, the fairness of the price relative to the experience the offering delivers gets pretty muddy pretty quickly.

Most IT consultants use some kind of remote monitoring and management software to look after their client's computing environment.  These technologies are quite powerful and helpful, and also rank as some of the top cyber security threats out there.

I got a great episode today. I'm going to be talking about something, and I know I led off I'm going to be braggadocious and I'm going to be obnoxious. I'm going to try not to do either of those two things really, but I do have a big announcement. Endsight, after a long absence, has reappeared on the Inc. 5000 list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the United States. We were on it once upon a time, we haven't been on it for a while and we've returned to the list and I'm super excited and satisfied about that, and that probably by itself could warrant a podcast episode. But this episode is about some ideas that we had to come up with and implement in the business, from a talent and performance perspective, from a recruitment and retention perspective, that would allow us to fuel the growth that we have. Because our real challenge was not finding new clients, our real challenge was looking for people. And I think that probably resonates with you guys and we're going to get into it right after this.

Here are 3 questions to ask your current outsourced IT provider that might help you get things back on track

Today, most businesses are completely reliant on their technology and by extension their outsourced IT provider.  So when they have technology problems, it's more than just irritating.  It disrupts the business.

If employees can't use their systems, then more often than not they can't work.  When this happens it might feel like you've got the wrong team supporting your computer systems.  If you're frustrated with your outsourced IT provider, how do you know if its even possible that they could do a better job? What if the culprit is something unfixable and your better off with an alternative provider?
