We’ve got a couple of really good news items I want to discuss with you. The first is out of Philly where the government has underfunded its pensions by 50%. It’s also taken to placing leans on homes that owe more than $300 in outstanding payments to their government-run gas company. It’s a great example of how government is working for you.
