During an interview between Ed Mylett and Dane Cook, it was said (in paraphrase) that the jewels are when you are at rock bottom, so don't be so quick to climb yourself out. I thought that was a beautiful way of painting the picture of how we learn more about ourselves and how to become more effective with improving areas of our life when we are at the low of the lows. Powerful!
