This episode talks about the difference in the hiring process with employers from the way it used to be when you were able to physically walk in a compass office and fill out an application and deliver your resume and sometimes meet with the hiring manager,  too now where a prospective employee has to submit a resume to be considered for employment when many times the companies that have a application select system that may filter out a well qualified and dedicated employee.
